Distance Sales Contract

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract is for the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, that the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller’s website; and it is for the purpose of determining the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information

  • iLigner Clear Aligners
  • Perla Retainer

4. Order and Payment

  • The Buyer shall place their order electronically on the website.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

5. Delivery

  • Products will be delivered to the Buyer within 30 days from the date of approval at the latest.
  • Delivery costs belong to the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to cancel their order at any time before approving the iLign Pro treatment plan.
  • After the iLign Pro treatment plan is approved, but before the iLigner’s are shipped, the Buyer can cancel their order; however, in this case, 80% of the net invoice amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • The Buyer cannot cancel their order after the iLigner’s are shipped.
  • The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after receiving the iLigner’s because the iLigner’s are custom-made and cannot be sold to another patient.
  • If the Buyer cancels a Perla Retainer order, no refund will be given.

7. Warranty

  • The products are subject to the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer.

8 Resolution of Disputes

  • Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in disputes arising from this Contract.
